How do I arrage a viewing on a property ?

Once I have viewed a property I like what do I need to do next?
Please visit our office with your holding deposit fee (£150). Once we have your holding deposit we will take the property off the market and start the referencing procedure. Your deposit will be returned by deducting it from your first month's rent.
How much money will I need to move?
A minimum of one months security deposit plus one months rent in advance.
Who is responsible for council tax, water rates, gas and electric bills?
The tenants are responsible for all utilities including gas and electric supply, council tax and water rates charges. It is the tenants responsibility to notify all of these relevant companies before the commencement of their tenancy.
Who pays for repairs and maintanance once I have moved in?
The costs for everyday repairs and maintenance remain the responsibility of the landlord.
What happens if I find any damages to the property once I have moved in ?
If we manage the property, upon the commencement of the tenancy the deposit paid by the tenant (one months rent) will be held by us in a secure Client Account and we will carry out an inventory of the condition of the property. As of the 6th April the deposit will be protected under an approved Government Tenant Deposit Scheme. All disputes will be settled under this scheme in relation to the return of the security deposit.
