Property Management Service - Introduction and Management

Anthony James provide a property management service to owners and professional Landlords wishing to let out their property.

• Taking a deposit from the tenant

• Arranging any necessary repairs or maintenance, first liaising with you in all non emergency cases for your approval
• Carrying out a full property inspection and inventory check at the end of the tenancy
